ADDING TO THIS LIST - AFAC has received many complaints from individuals and advocacy groups to include names of individuals or groups that they deem to be offenders on this list. The cases listed have been well documented and we will not list any individual or group where the documentation is inadequate.

If you feel there is a person or group that needs to be included, you must submit all relevant documentation including contact information for you and the accused so the allegation and the offender’s refusal to remedy it can be verified before publication on this web site. We will not include individuals or organizations who have simply made mistakes but have acted in good faith.
